Our Career Gems Story
Emory and Adam have been a bit obsessive for the past decade or so about about others' career options and trajectories.
​
With all the layoffs and bad news around people exploring the job market, we wanted to inject some positivity into the equation.
​
We realized our shared passion for helping others careers after we became friends while interning for Microsoft and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation during the tough covid era. What brought us together later turned into an in-person weekend brainstorming session in DC, where Adam currently lives. We ended up co-founding Career Gems to better help others who are also obsessed with their careers.
